Autopen Story on NPR’s All Things Considered

Yesterday, I did an interview with Andrea Seabrook of NPR for a story she was doing on the autopen hullabaloo (see previous post).  You can listen to the story here.  Most of it is about autopens themselves, and the other big part is about the legal opinion OLC wrote on the issue, including some snippets from Seabrook’s interview with Howard Nielson, the author of the opinion.  But if you listen to the very end you’ll hear a mention of The Odd Clauses as well as a bit of me giggling, which I know is something you’re looking forward to hearing.
