What is Going on with the Seventh Amendment?

I’ve been noticing lately that a lot of people are coming to this blog through searches of the “seventh amendment”–at least 25 people last week alone–even though the only post I think I’ve done on the seventh amendment (which requires jury trials for certain civil cases) is about a children’s book on the thing.  Why is this?  I assume it has something to do with tort reform and the like, but I don’t know for sure.  If you got here because you searched for the seventh amendment, could you leave me a comment and explain what in the world is going on with the seventh amendment out there in the world?  Thank you, nice interested-in-the-seventh-amendment people.
